I will work on "writing knowledge consolidation august 2019" after I finish battlenought. I will try my best to make the best updated writing tutorial that I know, using the information I've gained since making "writing knowledge consolidation 2014". it will once again be in an easy-to-read guide format. I will mainly talk about the concept of "reader interest pathways", which substitutes the concept of "situations" from my 2014 consolidation
working on my novels. started two but didn't finish either. I have two novels that are in limbo
at some point, I stopped working on "ancient enemy" (20,000 words now) for some reason and started a new novel called "battlenought" (50,000 words now) then there's a novel called "attack on Antares" which I also stopped working on a long time ago (50k words so far) and there's a novel called "war of the dark mage", which I also stopped working on (40k words so far) a long long time ago I was working well on battlenought, I managed to get 1000 words avg per day, and I did it nearly every day for two months, until I stopped working on it as well and started to reread that post I made on kboards where I asked all the people there why "Battle of sol" didn't sell but I really really stagnated while trying to reread it because the criticisms were so painful, so that's where i'm at right now.. stagnated while trying to compile all the criticisms into one document, so I have enough info to rewrite the beginning of battle of sol. after that, I will go back to battlenought here are the novel ideas that i'd really like to work on (as soon as I finish all the wips that are in limbo): mr president the sun is missing alexandra gueteriz book hero of the empire the magic fleet series princess tatalya commanding doolittle raid book the war gamer galaxy by blood the day everyone became twenty years younger "oooh, it feels so goooood" evil guy book one of the ace wing books (about fighter pilots) time war (that spiritual book) lately, I was able to completely stop (well almost) the "write 3 days then stop writing 9 days" trend, enabling me to write 1000 words everyday by several mind tricks that I used to stop blocks. it was great. but for some reason when I hit 1000 words, I feel really satisfied and I stop writing for that day. when I go back to battlenought, I imagine I will use those same tricks to write 1000 words every day again |
